We also maintain our own rental properties throughout the NY-Metropolitan area, the Adirondack mountains, Rochester/Syracuse area, in and around Sarasota,Fl and in St. Maarten.

Julip manages a wide-range of commercial and residential buildings in New York, New Jersey, Flordia and other markets across the North-east. We're actively involved as owners and managers of properties in New Jersey's prime Gold-Coast real estate markets across to the Pennsylvania border. In New York, we own and/or operate both commercial and residential rental properties, as well as individual vacation properties and resort associations in Lake Placid, Saranac Lake, Rochester/Syracuse, and in Nassau and Suffolk counties. In Flordia, we also operate on the west coast near Sarasota, across to the Cape.

using its own employee based construction, renovation and
maintenance staff, we're able to contain 3rd party costs for all our
clients. Julip provides detailed, immediate plans, remedies,
and/or intervention for any problems that arise. In cases where clients have an existing employee base, we properly integrate our services with them.
